These Terms govern your use of the Shark Beauty store and any order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you accept them. Please read section 4 carefully — it covers safe use of cosmetics and lash products.

1. About us

Shark Beauty is a trade name of CAMERON RETAIL, 10301 W Reade Ave, Glendale, Arizona 85307, United States. You can contact us at support@sharoffe.site.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to use the store for anything unlawful, or to interfere with how it works.

3. Products

We do everything we can to show our products accurately, but photographs and screens vary: shades, finishes and tones can look different in real life than on your display, and packaging can change without notice. Product descriptions, ingredient lists and instructions are provided by our suppliers.

Our products are cosmetics and beauty accessories. They are not medicines or medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing we say about them should be read as a medical claim.

4. Safe use

Cosmetics go on your skin, lips and eyes, so please use them sensibly:

• Patch test first. Before first use, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product if you get redness, itching, burning or swelling.
• Read the ingredients if you have known allergies or sensitive skin.
• Lash adhesive is for the lash line only. Never apply it to the eyelid, the waterline or inside the eye. If adhesive gets into your eye, do not rub it: rinse with plenty of water and seek medical help if irritation continues.
• Keep products away from children and do not swallow them.
• Do not share lash products, sponges, brushes or lip products with other people, and clean your tools regularly.
• Stop using anything that causes discomfort, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if a reaction does not settle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a skin or eye condition, or are under medical treatment, check with a healthcare professional before using a new cosmetic. We cannot give medical or allergy advice.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax where we are required to charge it. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that the order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund you in full if we do.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Because we sell cosmetics, opened or used items generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are always covered.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, a photo or a video, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to use it to show our products, including on our store and in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it at any time. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Intellectual property

The Shark Beauty name, our store design, text and images are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Brand names belonging to other companies are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of Arizona have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our store or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
